To further reflect our environmental responsibility, our products are made to order, which means we start making your product after you place an order. To ensure the highest quality, our products are all handmade, so this is why a very small number of customer orders cannot be shipped quickly because we need this time to prepare the materials, but please don't worry, you can contact our customer service for a quick after-sales follow-up, and I believe they will provide you with excellent service.

WARM TIPS
Due to the policy adjustment of the Brazilian Revenue Service and Customs, some inbound parcels are subject to detention or delayed release measures. Therefore, the shipping time of some parcels to Brazil will be increased by 1-2 weeks.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS
Due to different countries' customs clearance policies, individual countries and regions may incur customs duties, which are not under Bella Barnett's control and need to be dealt with by the customer.
