If you are not 100% satisfied, you can contact our customer service for a return or exchange within 7 working days of the delivery date of your order.
Requirements for return condition:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered and free of makeup, stains, deodorant and perfume.
- All original internal garment labels must be attached, including any secure return labels, which should remain intact.
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return or exchange. To ensure suitability, we recommend trying items on carefully and, in the case of shoes, only on a clean, soft surface.
Exceptions:
- Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a quality issue.
- For hygiene reasons, unconditional returns of swimwear are not accepted. If you need assistance with this, please contact Customer Service.
Note: Please do not send returns to the address on the waybill as this is not our return address. Refunds cannot be processed for items sent to incorrect locations.
Bella Barnett covers the costs of returns and exchanges if they are due to our fault. In other cases, customers are responsible for any shipping fees or customs duties. Below are some common situations and the applicable return/exchange terms.
1. Situations eligible for free returns and exchanges:
- The item has quality issues, significant color variations, or strong odors.
- The item in the package was sent in error.
2. Situations eligible for a free exchange or a customer-paid return:
- The customer does not like or wants the item for personal reasons.
3. Situations eligible for free retransmission:
- The item is missing from the order. Customers can also choose to request a refund for the missing item.
- The order could not be delivered (excluding customer rejections). If the error is due to an incorrect address provided, the customer may need to contact the courier for redelivery or collection.
Note: If a package is refused by the customer, we cannot provide any after-sales service such as returns, exchanges or refunds. Instead, a credit will be issued for the remaining order amount after deducting shipping costs. You can use the credit for your next purchase by contacting customer service.

Bella Barnett offers two return options:
a) Prepaid return labels (available in selected countries)
b) Self-shipping
For customer-paid returns, if you choose to use our prepaid return label, the return shipping cost - 10% of the value of the returned items - will be deducted from your refund. If your order originally had free shipping, an additional 10% of the value of the returned items will be considered shipping costs and will also be deducted from your refund.
Orders can usually be cancelled within 1-3 days of placing the order. If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation is not possible. In such cases, we recommend that you contact our customer service department to arrange a return once your package has been delivered.
Refunds will be processed once the returned items are received and inspected by our warehouse team. For customer paid returns, the original shipping and return fees will be deducted from the refund. You should receive your refund within 14 days of delivery of your returned package.
