This ultra-luxe Rowena Ruched Mesh Bandage Midi Dress is made from delicate, slightly sheer, soft and luxurious ruffled tulle. The flattering off-the-shoulder cut is very sexy and we love the gentle ruffles that even reach the sleeves. It has a body-hugging fit and a midi length to balance the look. As usual, it is fully lined with bandage material that provides a slightly sheer finish.
